...I have a job. I sell beds now, rather than carpets, but I guess I'm back in retail for the foreseeable.
To be fair, it's quite a good job, or, at least it seems to be right now. I'm working with some exceptionally nice people in a rather pleasant shop. Beds seem to be a bit easier to sell than carpets, but I'm moving to another shop after I've finished training so I best keep touching wood (OI!)

It feels good to be functioning again, even if it's not what I would have chosen. At least I am contributing to the house and thats a big f*cking relief.

However, it does mean my entry to 1DF was a bit last minute. Going to have to work on reorganising my much restricted schedule now.

Anyhoo, after my last 2 journals I figured I'd be positive. It looks like things are picking up and the bills WILL be paid... eventually *coff*

It Occurs to me that, due to a prolonged period of being not so clever, I have been neglecting my page a bit. I seem to have passed 20K in my pageviews. Wow!
